Bidder's Form, available from the Auctioneer's Clerk or use the online
registration form, you will then be issued with a bidder's number. Use this number

| PAYMENT: |
You may pay by
cash, bankers draft, bank transfer, debit card, cheque or credit card. Cheques will only be
accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions. Due to money laundering
regulations we can only accept up to 14,000 euros in cash for any single
transaction. A charge of 3.5% is made to all payments by Visa, Mastercard
and Eurocard. All lots sold to bidders at the auction venue are subject
to a 10% buyers commission plus VAT. All lots sold to internet bidders
via i-bidder.com are subject to a 13% buyers commission plus VAT. |
| COMMISSION BIDS: |
If you cannot
attend the Auction, you may ask us to bid upon your behalf. Ask for a
Commission Bid Form, or use the Bid Form available on this Web Site.
Complete it and return it to the Auctioneer's Clerk, by post, fax or
e-mail. This service is completely free of charge. |

Unless otherwise
specifically stated, all lots are sold without any warranties
whatsoever, either express or implied. Any description contained in the
catalogue or any warranty which may be given is the sole responsibility
of the seller and MCD shall incur no liability to any person in respect
thereof. Although no form of warranty is given with any lot, the
Auctioneers will use their best endeavours to provide the history of any
item. Where engineers reports are available, these will be
displayed. Some lots will be on demonstration on the viewing and auction
days. It is also possible to test other lots on the viewing day. |
