1. How do I get a bid number?
  To register to bid, customers are required to complete a buyers form and show some form of ID with their address on it. If this is not possible your credit card details must be lodged with the Auctioneers.
 
2. When can I get my invoice ?
  Invoices are printed all day upon request at reception.
 
3. What happens if I need to leave before the lots I'm interested in come under the hammer?
  A commission bid form is attached to the back of the catalogue, complete and return to reception. Any successful commission bidders will be contacted on the day following the Auction and are requested to collect/pay for the goods by 5pm the day following the sale.

  Complete a Vendor Entry form, available at reception and post to head office or phone 01932 571911.
5. Am I able to get finance for my Auction purchases?
